Mystery Shopping

Become a Mystery Shopper for Healthwatch Redbridge and share your experiences of using local health and social care services

Mystery Shopping and Dignity

One way to support dignity in care is to become a Mystery Shopper for Healthwatch Redbridge.

What is a Mystery Shopper?

Mystery shoppers can be patients, relatives and carers who tell us about their actual experiences of using health and social care services.  We are looking for both positive and negative experiences.

How can I get involved?

When you attend a health or social care appointment, think about what happened.  Make some notes afterwards about your experience and you were been treated. You can send these notes to us in confidence (your details are never passed on without your permission).

Is there any training?

Healthwatch Redbridge will be providing Mystery Shopper training during the next few months.

If you are interested in becoming a mystery shopper for Healthwatch Redbridge and would like to attend our training, please email Info@healthwatchredbridge.co.uk for more information.
