Calming the Mind and Body

Join for a series of guided NeuroSensory Self-Regulation techniques to soothe your nerves and reduce stress.

Mindful Colouring

Join for Mindful Colouring – proven to reduce stress & anxiety, improve motor skills and vision, sleep and focus.

WhatsApp Support Group

A Peer based WhatsApp Group facilitated seven days a week, providing support to improve participants mental health and wellbeing. Self-referrals welcome.


Peer Dialogue Crisis Groups

Peer Dialogue is a crisis support trauma informed peer group. Peer Dialogue aims to support people who have experienced distress and are living without confidence, enthusiasm, motivation or spirit.

The group runs every:

  • Monday from 7:00pm-9:00pm (via Zoom)
  • Wednesday from 6:00pm-8:00pm (Via Zoom)
  • Friday from 1:00pm-3:00pm (in person)

     

Telephone support service

A light touch weekly telephone support service for those who are experiencing anxiety or isolation and loneliness. Self-referrals welcome.
