Join us on International Day of Older People - Wednesday 1st October 2025.
Enjoy a day of stalls, info sessions, exercise tasters, advice and free NHS health checks.
Age UK will also be hosting events across Redbridge for Positive Ageing Week (29th September - 3rd October).
Our staff and volunteers will be at the event to provide you with information about local services, and we want to hear from you about your experiences with local hospital wards.
