Healthwatch Redbridge is pleased to promote the inaugural Parkinson’s Activities Day, hosted by our Community Network partners.
Taking place on Wednesday 8 April, this event offers a welcoming space for people living with Parkinson’s, their families, and carers to access support, try new activities, and connect with others.
Highlights of the day include:
- Physical Activities: Non-contact boxing and walking football delivered by West Ham United.
- Specialist Support: LSVT voice therapy and a guest appearance by Carl Beech, inventor of the Beechband.
- Information: Stalls, panel discussions, and guest speakers from Chardi Kalla.
- Social: Creative activities, a raffle (including a signed West Ham shirt!), and a complimentary lunch.
