About this event
Redbridge Forum is running a Walk and Talk group from September through to October, for people with a learning disability, people on the autistic spectrum, and their family carers.
The sessions are a chance to get outdoors, explore somewhere new and meet other families in a relaxed, friendly setting. Some of the walks are local and some involve a trip further afield, with time to stop for something to eat.
