Fusion (delivered by VIA) - HWR Community Network

Fusion is delivered by Via. Via is a registered charity providing a range of health and well-being services to adults and young people across the UK.

VIA Fusion is a Young People’s Drug and Alcohol Service, supporting young people aged 13-18 years old. Fusion provide a free and confidential service, support young people at various stages of usage, including experimental low-level use. Young People will have access to a designated practitioner who will be responsible for accessing their needs and developing a care plan to support those needs.

Activities focused on drug education, raising awareness of harm and the effects of illicit substances, include:

• One to one support sessions
• Workshops
• Training
• Assemblies
• Drop-ins
