Hestia – Redbridge Recovery Hub
About
The Hestia Redbridge Recovery Hub provides immediate support to individuals facing mental distress. People can walk-in or telephone and receive one-to-one support. Support includes emotional support, signposting and equipping individuals with coping strategies.
Activities include:
- Drop-in mental health support
- Scheduled one-to-one support

Opening Hours
Weekdays: 5-9PM
Weekends: 3-6PM
From 28th September 2026: 5:30PM to 10:30PM, seven days a week
