The Wellbeing Hub Launched at Redbridge Central Library on Tuesday 16th May.
Wellbeing Hub coffee & culture morning

The Wellbeing Hub is a pilot project funded by Redbridge Social Prescribers Community Fund and delivered by Black Woman Kindness Initiative in partnership with Redbridge Social Prescribers. It provides a rolling programme of groups/activities and services for Black and Minority ethnic women in Redbridge and is being held at Redbridge Central library.

The launch event was well attended with contributions from community groups TARACC (The Association of Redbridge African and Caribbean Communities), Age UK and We Are Beyond, a charity working with youth mental health and people with lived experience benefiting from the support of social prescribers.  Light lunch was served, a Q&A and ideas were shared from the audience of what they would like to see at the hub.

Details of the Wellbeing Hub Programme will be advertised at the library, CVS newsletter and Eventbrite.  Please email bwki2019@outlook.com  or raquel@healthbridgedirect.co.uk with any enquiries.

See the flyer for details of the Wellbeing Hub. There is no need to book a place, if you would like to attend, you can just turn up.
