Have your say: experiences with the NHS App

Taking 10 minutes to share your views can help us to understand if the NHS app is helping you manage your health.

The NHS App is designed to give people a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on their smartphone or tablet or device. The same service is also available in a web browser on the NHS website.

We believe that information about your health and the local services available to you should be accessible, straightforward, and easy to understand.

Have your say

We want to understand if the NHS App is helping you manage your health, or if you would prefer alternatives.

You can help us to understand your experience and views of the NHS App by completing our short survey.

The survey will take 10 minutes to complete and will help us to make sure that services are communicating with you in a way that works for you.

Tell us if you do or don’t use the NHS App, what you use it for, if you use an alternative or if you would prefer to be contacted about your health and care in another way.
