On 24th May 2016, Local Healthwatch’s across North, East and Central London held a conference to share the findings from a project aimed at raising awareness of the barriers faced by people who have communication difficulties.

 


13 Local Healthwatch's working together to improve local health and social care.The Health Education North, Central and East London team have trained a number of profoundly deaf/hard of hearing people to become Authorised Representatives for Enter and View Visits. The videos show how you can make a complaint. British Sign Language, Subtitles and Audio available.

Everyone should be able to access the health and social care services they need. However, everyone has different needs when accessing these services.
