POWWAI (Power of Women With Aspirations and Independence) is a community interest organisation dedicated to empowering women particularly from underrepresented backgrounds through education, skill-building, wellbeing programmes, and advocacy. We aim to foster independence, confidence, and integration across communities, with a strong foundation in the Tamil diaspora and a growing commitment to inclusivity.

Activities include:

• job searches, CV preparation and interview practice
• CV writing
• coffee mornings
