Part of the local Healthwatch programme is to carry out Enter & View visits. In July 2024, we conducted an Enter & View visit of Beech Frailty Unit, King George Hospital. Following this visit we produced a report, including recommendations for BHURT. BHRUT responded to these recommendations with an Action Plan. Our recommendations helped improve the comfortability and accessibility of local hospital care for the elderly leading to a better experience for vulnerable patients
