Are you committed to helping us regulate health and social care within England?

We are looking for individuals who are caring, demonstrate integrity, work well as part of a team and always strive for excellence in everything they do. Help us make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and encourage care services to improve.

Let us tell you a little bit about the role....

Taking a leading role in managing CQC’s engagement and communications activity on how it oversees Local Authorities and Integrated Care Systems (ICS’s), you’ll be at the heart of shaping the national health and social care agenda. Working as part of a small, focused, project team you’ll be designing and delivering an engagement strategy on CQC’s approach.

This will range from working directly with people who use services, and putting them at the centre of our work, to local government and ICS partners, to voluntary sector organisations, providers of health and social care, parliamentarians, Government and other national bodies. You’ll help us increase our ability to check the quality of care, particularly those for people who need the most support. No day will be the same and you will need to adapt your work to the changing external environment.
