Over four months between July and October 2017, Healthwatch Redbridge assessed all 45 GP practices on how well they were meeting the requirements set out by the Accessible Information Standard.
Comments from Review
- The practice manager said that they have raised this issue with the service provider and they are awaiting response from them.
- She said that she will contact them again for an update.
- There is currently some printed information for BSL and Makaton. In addition to this, the surgery is planning to buy another communications book.
