Mind in Havering, Barking & Dagenham is seeking a Prevention Service Project Worker to support people with a mental health condition to become less reliant on statutory care and support services.

You will support the Project Lead to achieve social value outcomes which create strong and well-connected public, private and social sectors.
You will also be required to support the Project Lead to co-produce interventions that generate independence, social inclusion, and positive wellbeing outcomes, using community assets to ensure individuals get the best outcomes from Havering Council investments.
