This year it’s more important than ever for people at risk to get their free flu vaccine and Covid-19 booster when they are invited by the NHS. The best time to get vaccinated is in the autumn, before the cold temperatures start.

Next week is World Suicide Prevention Week. To mark this there are three free online workshops open to whoever wants to attend. Everyone is welcome!

In the run up to World Suicide Prevention Day on 10th September, the Public Health Team, Redbridge, are encouraging everyone to take 20 minutes out of their day to complete the online Zero Suicide Alliance (ZSA) Suicide Awareness Training.
