    Today, Barking and Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge (BHR) Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) are launching a consultation on proposed changes to local stroke rehabilitation services. The 12-week consultation runs until 5pm on Friday, 1 April 2016.
